Nestled in Refrontolo within the Conegliano‑Valdobbiadene DOCG zone, Cantina Bernardi is a family estate founded in 1960 and producing high‑quality Prosecco since 2009. Certified organic, they grow Glera alongside Pinot Noir and other local varieties at 200–300 m elevation. Each bottle bears a unique number for traceability. The winery combines traditional practices with modern precision, creating authentic, terroir‑driven bubbly with regional character. Pale salmon-pink with elegant, fine bubbles. The nose wafts fresh strawberry, redcurrant, white flowers, and zesty citrus. On the palate it’s dry (≈8 g/L RS), crisp and lively - grapefruit pith, green apple, and a touch of almond bitterness. Light-bodied and mineral-lean, it finishes clean, herb-lifted, and food-friendly. Refreshing, balanced and sophisticated - perfect as an aperitif or with seafood and light starters.
